Farmers Branch Carrollton Art Association FBCAA for the 34th year will host an exhibit of the Carrolton Farmers Branch ISD High School students' art work April 5-26 at the Farmers Branch Manske Library at 13613 Webb Chapel.
All graduading seniors, who plan to major in art in college, will present their portfolios for scholarship money from the Lou Ann Hays Scholarship Fund. Ms. Hays was a charter member of FBCAA. A reception for the student show and awards will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2-4pm, at the Manske Library.
The public is cordially invited.FBCAA will have their monthly meeting on April 17 at 9:30am at the Farmers Branch Senior Center at Dennis Lane and Valwood for a watercolor demonstation and workshop given by Nell Byrd. Visitors are always welcome.
